- We talk about your wins and challenges now
- I talk with any other relevant colleagues that you identify
- 360 Assessment (if applicable)
- Public speaking skills assessment (if applicable)
- Leadership/conflict styles assessment
Support & Accountability
- We analyze the assessment input and identify themes
- We create a development plan
- We meet bi-weekly to track wins and challenges against your plan
- We work together to give you the spark and resources to improve
