Monthly Manager Development Series

Systematically train or refresh your leaders in the basics. The team meets virtually (or in person in the Austin area) with me for 1-2 hours monthly and will learn new formulas for having tough conversations, will make a plan for their own teams, and will try out their skills on each other in breakout rooms. 

You can’t get good at communication skills without actually communicating. We make space for that, which means these workshops are limited to 12 people from your organization. The whole team is learning something new – and practicing – together. It’s a teambuilder and a skillbuilder. Each class includes a worksheet that builds into a Management Handbook.
