Communication Workshops – public enrollment

  • organize your message in a clear, concise way using tried-and true templates
  • connect with people using vivid stories, metaphors, and evidence

Handling Difficult Conversations

“He keeps doing this thing that makes me SO MAD!” “I have to give her some difficult feedback and I’m dreading it.” “I need to make a change in the organization, and he is not going to like it.” Delivering a correction or bad news is ESSENTIAL to keeping a workplace healthy! But, that doesn’t mean it’s easy. In Handling Difficult Conversations, you will learn to:

  • Turn tensions into opportunities for building respect and change
  • Figure out what is fact and what is the “story” that’s feeding the conflict
  • Some scripts for opening hard conversations
  • The secret to getting Gen Z to hear critical feedback without panicking
  • Getting past your own fears about upsetting someone else
